Bereavement Support Available

In that first week or two after your loved ones die, you will have many decisions to make and so much to do that you may barely have time to think, let alone grieve. There have probably been friends and relatives around you who have helped you with the immediate concerns of organising a funeral. You’ve possibly felt numb, perhaps even felt like you’re standing outside of yourself watching everything whirling around you. A lot of people think like this when someone they love dies. You might even believe that you have to hold yourself together, be strong for the sake of the loved ones who remain. All of these feelings are perfectly typical and predictable reactions to coping with grief.

Grief is as Individual as a Snowflake

You may have had friends or family members who have continued to support you in the weeks and months after the funeral. Still, sooner or later, they have their own lives to get back to, and there will come a time when no one is available to comfort you, to talk to about how much you miss your loved one.

You may feel lonely and isolated. You could even feel overwhelmed with sadness and despair and not know how to change things and make yourself better. It’s at this stage that you may wish to consider our bereavement support service. All it takes is a phone call for us to get started.

Many of our bereaved families have greatly benefitted from undergoing a bereavement support program. It's tailored to you and your family's needs, who may be suffering just as you are. We can put you in touch with an independent bereavement counsellor. They can help you with the support and skills you need to deal with your loss.
Our Funeral directors are always available to assist you and to answer any questions.

You are welcome to contact us anytime and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
